REFUND & EXCHANGES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to hygienic reasons, all orders are non refundable and may not be exchanged for ANY reason.
"I Need To Cancel My Order?"
Since all sales are final, once your order is placed, it may not be cancelled.
SHIPPING
"How Long Is Processing Time?"
Processing does not include shipping and how long it will take to get to you! Our working days are Monday-Friday ONLY (excluding Holidays & Weekends). You will be emailed a tracking number along with a shipment notification as soon as your package ships.
"What If My Package Is Lost Or Damaged?"
Although all orders are made and packaged with love & care, things do happen. Once all orders are dropped off at the post office, we have no control whatsoever of what happens to that package on its way to you. REMEMBER, we are not the ones delivering your order.
If this is the case, we recommend to immediately contact a consultant from the delivery service
(USPS) for assistance in filing a claim / locating your order.
